The Westport Arts Center’s (WAC) website was outdated, not very modern and not mobile responsive. Updating content on the site was not easy as the content management system their site was built on was confusing and not user-friendly. In addition the layout and structure of content made it confusing to website visitors.
We created a fresh, modern design that allows Westport to showcase their exhibitions, events and classes on the site in a easy-to-navigate manner. We built their site using WordPress to ensure that the Westport staff could easily maintain and edit content as needed. Finally we used a combination of plugins and custom code to integrate their site with NEON, their event management system.
