Cross Audience was launching a new service and needed to create a help center that would help facilitate users being able to set-up and mage their service. As a new service they were looking to put together a help center that was easy to navigate to the end user.
We worked with Cross Audience to understand how the help center content could be best divided into categories and subcategories to present help topics in the easiest manor. We incorporated a search feature to make it easier to find specific topics. Finally, we added the capability for visitors to print or create a pdf of each help topic.
